The company was established in 1972 with the first registered capital of 500,000 Baht. At the beginning, the company was named Sahakijkonlakarn Partnership and located at Samsen district, Bangkok. At that time, the company just only purchased and sold the goods to customer; it also produced some automobile parts. In fact, there were only three employees.   In 1977, with significant vision of Mr. Chalit Jatisathien about the advanced automobile parts business, Samco Co.,Ltd. was officially founded and relocated to Soi Suksawat 31, with the registered capital of 1,000,000 Baht.   In 1982, according to the continuous development, the registered capital increased to 6,000, 000 Baht. In addition, the company firstly produced car ball joints with Samco trademark and this product became the main product of the company at present.   The company also paid attention to studies and researched for full development. Consequently, the company sought and assigned Lohakijkonlakarn Partnership and Ngee Heng Long Partnership as the product agent distributors. By this, the company can reduce the marketing working steps and can fully develop the products.   In 1995, the company produced the car equipments (OEM) and sent the goods to automobile assembly companies such as Toyota and Honda. In 1998, the company increased the registered capital again to 20,000,000 Baht and at present it has built the new factory in Soi Prachauthit 75, Bangkok to serve the expanding production capability.   Nowadays, there are two branches of Samco Co., Ltd. with 96 employees. The headquarter is located at 418 Soi Suksawat 31, Suksawat Road, Bangpakok, Ratchaburana, Bangkok 10140; the other branch is located at 643 Soi Prachauthit 75, Prachauthit Road, Tungkru, Bangkok 10140.
